We've had so many new beginnings in our family the last few months. New ward, new school, new home and new friends. But this one was special. Next December Aubrey will turn 12 and in our religion this means she will be moving from the primary (school age) program to the Young Women's program (teen girls). Once a year each congregation has a special night to introduce the advancing girls. Each of the girls was spotlighted and given a basket filled with items that were tailored to their interests. It was a beautiful night filled with such a sweet spirit. Aubrey is so excited to turn 12 and go to Young Women's. Brandon and I, on the other hand, are terrified and in deep denial with every moment that she gets closer to being a teenager!
