Our neighborhood was full of families and fireworks last night. As one of the few places that still lets you do the "safe and sane" fireworks it is a real party destination. From our yard we could see tons of other groups hanging out in the yard lighting up fun fireworks. Our college age neighbors across the street had apparently made a trip to Mexico recently as we soon realized that none of their fireworks were even close to legal. We had a yummy carne asada BBQ with our friends the Nielsons who are here to visit from Arizona. We have missed them so much in the year since they have moved. It was a super fun day for all of us!

Sounds like you guys had a great 4th I am glad you got to see The Nielson, the kids have gotton so big! I love the pictures thanks for sharing!
